Being a leader is difficult. Although people praise my leadership skills, to be honest I am still learning a lot.

It’s hard when my friends criticize me for the way I do things and the decisions I make, but I have to be careful to take their criticism objectively, consider it, but make sure that their criticism is consistent with the theme I want to convey.

I hope that I make the right decision come Saturday…
